Cold weather is here! Please be sure to have your students dress appropriately (no shorts) and bring coats, hats, and gloves for recess time.

A pack of penguins are preparing for a pageant at GES. Suddenly, a stranger drops from the sky, knocking himself unconscious. Eventually reasoning that this stranger must be Santa Claus, the visitor has no memory whatsoever - and it’s Christmas Eve! Join the 1st graders as they perform “How the Penguins Saved Christmas” on Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7 pm in the GLS Cafeteria. Performers should arrive at 6:40 pm. After leaving coats in the cafeteria, the students should go to the elementary gymnasium to line up.
