  • Sept 3: Scout Join Night (Girls) 6:30 pm in the GES Media Center
  • Sept 7: No School (Labor Day)

  • Sept 22: PTO Literacy Night 5:00-7:00 pm in the Berkey Fieldhouse
  • Sept 30: GES Picture Day
 

Final Forms

It's very important that you have every form filled out and signed in Final Forms. If you haven't done so already, please complete those. Thank you!
 

Lunches - Payschools

PaySchools is an easy and convenient way to add money to students lunch accounts. You can also monitor how much is on the account. You will need your child's student ID to get registered - if you don't know it, feel free to contact the office and we'll gladly give it to you.

You can also send in money if you prefer - just be sure to send it in an envelope with the student name on it and what it's for.
 

Transportation Reminders

  • #'s 1-250 are in the Elementary Loop
  • #'s 251-500 are in the Middle School Loop
  • Pick-up/Drop off: please come to a complete stop before allowing students to enter or exit the vehicle. Students should also be entering and exiting the vehicle on the passenger side
  • Be sure to notify the front office of any transportation changes.
 

Literacy Night

PTO is hosting Literacy Night on September 22nd from 5-7 pm in the Berkey. All are welcome and each elementary student who attends will receive a free book!

There will be a light meal served, reading and activity stations as well as the Scholastic Book Fair!
 

Smithie Invite Kids Fun Run

Come join the Smithville Cross Country teams for the Smithie Invite Kids Fun Run! This free fun run for kids up through 6th grade will be approximately one mile and will take place at the start of the Smithie Invite on Tuesday, September 8th at 4pm at Wayne College. High School and Middle School races will follow the Kids Fun Run. No registration required. Questions? Contact Coach Carr at gren_jcarr@tccsa.net.
